Serbian President Highlights Learning from Azerbaijani Counterpart at Strategic Partnership Council Meeting

Belgrade: Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic emphasized the valuable learning experiences he has gained from Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev during the 1st meeting of the Strategic Partnership Council between Serbia and Azerbaijan. The meeting, held in Belgrade, saw participation from both leaders, underscoring the growing ties between the two nations.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Vucic expressed his confidence in the extensive cooperation between Serbia and Azerbaijan, citing areas such as culture, sports, economy, agriculture, industry, and military-technical cooperation. He affirmed that the bilateral relations are broader than those of many other countries worldwide. President Vucic also highlighted his personal admiration for President Aliyev, describing him as a loyal friend and a source of inspiration.

President Vucic further urged Serbian ministers to emulate the dedication of their Azerbaijani counterparts, reflecting the strong partnership that both countries are committed to nurturing. He assured that Serbia and its people could expect positive developments from Azerbaijan, while Serbia remains equally committed to reciprocating goodwill towards Azerbaijan and its citizens.
