Baku: As part of the Azerbaijan-Latvia business forum, Memorandums of Understanding were signed between AZPROMO and the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as 'Caspian Energy Club International' LLC and 'Power House Latvia' LCC, APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Majnun Mammadov, Azerbaijan's Minister of Agriculture, emphasized that the organization of regular business forums, enhancing exchange of information on competitive export products, and active participation in international exhibitions will play a crucial role in strengthening ties between entrepreneurs of both countries.
In turn, Armands Krauze, Latvian Minister of Agriculture, highlighted the importance of relations between the two countries. He described business forums as an important platform for establishing partnerships between business circles, adding that such events facilitate new investment opportunities, contributing to the expansion of trade turnover and sustainable economic cooperation.
The event featured presentations on the investment opportunities of Azerbaijan and Latvia, followed by discussions on the economic priorities of both countries, as well as opportunities for foreign investors. As part of the forum, business leaders also engaged in bilateral meetings to discuss opportunities for expanding their partnerships.
