Baku: Representatives of 'AzInTelecom' LLC, a subsidiary of AZCON Holding, delivered speeches at the World Urban Forum (WUF13) held in Baku. Within the info sessions organized at the AZCON Holding stand, company employees presented two different presentations focused on digital identification and smart city technologies.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the first info session titled 'Digital Identification in the Urban Environment: Secure Connection of Citizens to Digital Services with SIMA,' took place on the second day of the forum. The session discussed the opportunities created by digital solutions in the context of modern urbanization. It emphasized the importance of enabling citizens to access public and private services entirely online and securely, eliminating the need for physical applications.

On the fifth day of the forum, the next info session, 'Digital Trust for Smart Cities: Ensuring Secure Urban Services with SIMA Signature,' was held. This session highlighted that the smart city concept extends beyond just technological infrastructure and internet-connected devices. It stressed the significance of digital trust within the ecosystem.

During both info sessions, the role of the SIMA Digital Solutions Platform, developed by 'AzInTelecom,' was explored in the context of smart city ecosystems and digital identification. The presentations underscored the contributions of secure identification, remote access to services, and digital signature capabilities through SIMA in enhancing the accessibility and reliability of urban services.
