Baku: The SOCAR Carbamide plant is primarily focused on fulfilling domestic fertilizer needs, as highlighted by the plant's director, Kutay Durna, during a media tour at the facility.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the director stated that the plant exports 85-90% of its production. "In other words, after supplying all farmers in the domestic market, we export the remaining 85-90%. Our goal is to produce at maximum capacity so that we can also supply customers. In short, we are able to sell everything we produce. That is, we do not have any problems related to sales. If we produce at maximum capacity, we can sell all of it," Durna remarked.
The director's comments underscore the plant's efficiency in balancing domestic supply with substantial export capabilities, ensuring that all produced goods find a market. This strategy not only supports local agriculture but also reinforces the plant's position in international markets.
