Baku: An agreement has been finalized for the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) to assume control of the fixed assets from the Gas Operation Service of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. These assets will transition to the balance sheet of SOCAR’s Gas Export Department.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Supervision has approved the transfer. Additionally, the assets will also be moved to the balance sheet of the “Azerigas” Production Association of SOCAR.
