Baku: In January-September of this year, the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) received 6.88 billion manats in revenue from the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli (ACG) oil and gas fields and the Shah Deniz gas-condensate field.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, SOFAZ recorded 6,183.9 million manats in revenue specifically from the ACG field during this period. Additionally, the Shah Deniz field contributed 697 million manats, sourced from gas and condensate production.

These substantial revenues highlight the continued importance of these fields in supporting Azerbaijan’s economy and the financial strategies of SOFAZ. The consistent inflow from these energy resources plays a significant role in facilitating the country’s fiscal policies and development projects.
