Spain's remarkable unbeaten streak has surpassed their previous record and Italy's 37-match streak from 2018 to 2021. Earlier in the tournament, Spain defeated England 3-2, Croatia 4-1, and the Czech Republic 3-1 in successive rounds.
In other Nations League results, England defeated the Czech Republic 3-0, with Harry Kane equaling the national record for appearances. England is currently second in the group standings. Spain will face the Czech Republic next on November 12, while England will play Croatia on the same day.
