Baku: The Head of the State Security Service of Azerbaijan, Ali Naghiyev, emphasized the country's ability to maintain political stability despite global and regional tensions. Speaking at an event marking the professional holiday of Azerbaijani security officers and the 107th anniversary of the establishment of these bodies, Naghiyev highlighted the challenges posed by the deformation of international law and new economic realities impacting international security and the existing world order.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Naghiyev noted that despite the tensions experienced throughout 2025 and the early months of this year, Azerbaijan has successfully maintained a secure environment for its citizens. He attributed this stability to the firm and principled stance of the President in safeguarding national interests and statehood, which has bolstered the public's confidence in the country's future.
