Baku: A delegation led by Dmitriy Malakhov, Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, visited the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan as part of an official visit to the country. The visit was marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at enhancing cooperation between the judicial bodies of the two nations.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Chairman of the Supreme Court, Inam Karimov, highlighted the successful development of strategic partnership relations between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, particularly in the judicial and legal systems. During the visit, the delegation was informed about the judicial and legal reforms in Azerbaijan, the innovations introduced, and the activities of the Supreme Court. It was emphasized that strengthening cooperation in the judicial field, organizing joint seminars and trainings, and implementing exchange programs are crucial for the development of future collaborations.
Dmitriy Malakhov expressed his gratitude for the warm reception and noted that enhancing cooperation in law and justice would contribute significantly to improving the judicial systems of both countries. The meeting culminated in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding, which aims to improve the administration of justice and deepen relations between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan’s judicial bodies.
The delegation was also given a tour of the administrative building of the Supreme Court, further fostering mutual understanding and cooperation.
