Baku: An event entitled "Shaping Safer and Resilient Cities: Consultation of Draft Policy Brief on Urban Climate Peace and Security" was held as part of WUF13, focusing on urban climate, peace, and security issues.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the event delved into the impacts of climate change on urban environments, addressing security challenges and exploring sustainable development approaches and policy directions. Participants exchanged views on international experiences, discussing recommendations for developing cities in a safer and more sustainable way.
