Damascus: Syria’s Interim President Ahmed al-Sharaa has sent a letter of congratulations to President Ilham Aliyev of the Republic of Azerbaijan in celebration of the Ramadan Holiday, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter from President al-Sharaa expressed his sincerest congratulations to President Aliyev on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr. He extended his wishes for President Aliyev’s good health, long life, and further progress, prosperity, and peace for Azerbaijan. He also expressed hope for the happiness of Syria, Azerbaijan, and the broader Islamic community through their collaborative efforts.
