Bayburt: In January 2026, Azerbaijan exported 61.23 tons of tea, up 18.5 percent compared to the same period last year.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Azerbaijan's State Customs Committee reported that the value of tea exports increased by 20.9 percent to $570,000. This represents a significant growth in both the volume and value of tea exports from the country.

In comparison, during January 2025, Azerbaijan exported 51.64 tons of tea, which was valued at $471,300. This data highlights a positive trend in Azerbaijan's tea export sector.
