The Turkish government has sent 150,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccine to Libya.

The statement came from the Turkish Ministry of National Defense, AZERTAC reported. It was reported that the vaccine was sent from Ankara on April 14 by a cargo plane belonging to the Turkish Armed Forces.

The agreement was reached during a visit of a large delegation led by Libyan Prime Minister Abdulhamid Dbeibah to Turkey on April 12.
