Tokiakhil Waterfall: A Serene Escape in Lerik

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Tokiakhil Waterfall is located approximately 215 kilometers from Baku and can be accessed via Vizazamin village in Lerik. Visitors can drive part of the way, but the final stretch to the waterfall requires a hike along mountain trails.

The path to the waterfall is accompanied by the calming sound of a river, with rocky mountains on one side and a flowing stream on the other, surrounded by lush greenery. The trail winds through canyons, making it an excellent choice for hiking and taking in scenic views.

As hikers progress, the sound of the waterfall becomes more pronounced, offering a tranquil escape from daily life. The name 'Tokiakhil,' meaning 'Dark Lake,' adds a mystical aura to the natural pool and surrounding rocky landscape, enhancing its allure.
