Baku:The Azerbaijan Writers' Union has announced a firm decision regarding membership dues.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, the Union's Secretariat has decided that members who do not pay their outstanding dues from previous years, as well as the annual fee for 2026, by November 1, 2026, will face expulsion from the organization.

The Union has issued an appeal to its members urging them to settle any unpaid dues to avoid losing their membership status.
