Baku:Tom Berendsen, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, has expressed gratitude to Azerbaijan for its support to Dutch diplomats in Iran. This acknowledgment was made during a joint press conference with Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister, Jeyhun Bayramov.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Berendsen praised Azerbaijan's significant assistance, highlighting the importance of such support in the context of current global changes. He emphasized the need to strengthen cooperation between the Netherlands and Azerbaijan, recognizing Azerbaijan's pivotal role as a regional transport and logistics hub.

Berendsen further stated that the Netherlands is committed to deepening ties and expanding cooperation with Azerbaijan, underscoring the strategic importance of their relationship in a rapidly evolving global landscape.
