Trade between Azerbaijan and Baltic Countries Exceeds $40 Million in Seven Months

Baku: Trade turnover between Azerbaijan and the Baltic countries-Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania-amounted to $40.44 million in January-July 2026, according to the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, this represents a 23.8 percent, or $12.6 million, decrease compared with the same period last year. During the reporting period, Azerbaijan exported goods worth $8.6 million to the Baltic countries, down 65 percent, or $16.4 million, year on year.

Meanwhile, Azerbaijan imported goods worth $31.84 million from the Baltic countries, an increase of 12 percent, or $3.4 million, compared with the same period last year. According to the report, trade with the Baltic countries accounted for 0.05 percent of Azerbaijan's total exports and 0.33 percent of its total imports.
