Trade Turnover Among OTS Member States Reaches $12.9 Billion

Baku: The global community perceives the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) as an influential body capable of responding to global threats, said Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov during his speech at the meeting of prime ministers of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) held in Baku, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the trade relations among OTS member states continue to expand annually, with concerted efforts being made within the organization to facilitate this growth. The Prime Minister highlighted that by 2025, the trade turnover among OTS member countries had reached $12.9 billion, indicating a significant milestone in economic cooperation.

The Prime Minister also emphasized that the economic collaboration among OTS member countries is poised to further expand with the commencement of operational activities by the Turkic Investment Fund. This development is expected to drive more substantial economic interactions and initiatives within the member states, solidifying the OTS's role as a major regional entity.
