Lachin: 'We attach great importance to the exchange of knowledge and experience with Azerbaijan's judicial institutions,' stated Ahmet G¶kay Aktas, Prosecutor of the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Trkiye. He made these remarks at an international conference themed 'National Leader Heydar Aliyev is the author of the independent Constitution of Azerbaijan,' which was held in Lachin.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Aktas emphasized that modern constitutions are built on principles such as the rule of law, the guarantee of fundamental rights and freedoms, and the separation of powers. He noted that the 30th anniversary of Azerbaijan's Constitution is a meaningful occasion not only for Azerbaijan but also for Trkiye, a brotherly and friendly country.

Aktas highlighted the importance of Trkiye's Prosecution Service in exchanging knowledge and experience with the judicial institutions of friendly nations, particularly Azerbaijan. He pointed out that the common legal culture, similar constitutional approaches, and mutual trust between the two countries provide a solid foundation for further strengthening their cooperation.
