Baku: Serious preparations were made for the World Urban Forum 13 (WUF13), as highlighted by Pinar Zoral, Head of Department at the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change of the Republic of Trkiye. Speaking to APA, she emphasized the significance of the event, describing it as the largest international forum in the field of urban planning for Trkiye.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Zoral expressed gratitude to both UN-Habitat and Azerbaijan for organizing the event, noting the high standard of the venue and the effective organization of the forum. She revealed that Trkiye is participating with a large delegation, marking one of its most comprehensive involvements in the WUF to date. A delegation of around 35 members from Trkiye is attending the forum, participating in various sessions on a rotational basis.

Zoral also extended an invitation to COP31, scheduled to take place in Antalya, Turkey, in November, encouraging attendees to participate in the upcoming event.
