Turkish Deputy Foreign Minister Burak Akçapar has received EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Toivo Klaar, Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated, APA’s Trkiye correspondent reports.

During the meeting, opinions were exchanged on stability in the South Caucasus and cooperation.
