Baku: A Turkish delegation led by Vice President Cevdet Yilmaz visited the Alley of Honors on December 22. The delegation paid tribute to National Leader Heydar Aliyev, the architect and founder of independent Azerbaijan, by laying a wreath at his grave.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the delegation also honored prominent ophthalmologist and academician Zarifa Aliyeva with a floral tribute at her grave.
