Turkmenistan’s Turkmengaz Strengthens Collaboration with Russia’s Oil Sector


ASHGABAT: Russia’s NefteChemService JSC and Turkmenistan’s Turkmengaz State Concern are moving forward to enhance their collaboration in the petrochemical industry, focusing on modernization and efficiency improvements, as reported by Trend.

According to Trend News Agency, the development of this partnership was a primary focus during a meeting between Maksat Babayev, Chairman of Turkmengaz, and Yuri Grigorenko, General Director of NefteChemService JSC. The discussions aimed at advancing cooperation in upcoming projects, which include modernizing existing facilities and constructing new production sites in Turkmenistan.

The meeting also explored the implementation of innovative technologies to boost the efficiency of hydrocarbon processing and improve environmental safety in production processes. A particular emphasis was placed on investment opportunities and attracting international companies to further develop Turkmenistan’s oil and gas sector.
