Vilnius: Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TURKPA) Ambassador Ramil Hasan met with Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan Tamerlan Garayev and Ambassador of the Republic of Trkiye Esra Toplu, within the framework of his official visit to Vilnius, at their accredited diplomatic missions in Lithuania.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, during both meetings, the TURKPA Secretary General expressed his gratitude to the Ambassadors of Azerbaijan and Trkiye for their comprehensive support in initiating and organizing the international panel discussion on 'Enhancing Cooperation and Connectivity through the Organization of Turkic States - Opportunities for Closer Ties between the Turkic States and the Baltic Region.' He emphasized the significance of such collaborative activities for promoting common interests in European countries and advancing matters of mutual concern.

The Ambassadors conveyed their appreciation to the TURKPA Secretary General and extended their best wishes for future endeavors. The meeting at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Lithuania was attended by a Member of the TURKPA Commission on Legal Affairs and International Relations and Member of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Javanshir Feyziyev. The meeting at the Embassy of the Republic of Trkiye in Lithuania was also attended by the Deputy Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States, mer Kocaman.
