He highlighted the ongoing challenges Ukraine faces due to a full-scale war that has persisted for more than four years.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Kuleba addressed the global housing crisis, identifying it as a significant social issue worldwide. He expressed gratitude to Azerbaijan and the UN Habitat for Humanity for hosting the WUF13, underscoring the importance of conducting these discussions in Baku. The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the critical nature of these talks for both Ukraine and the broader international community.
