Baku: Anacl¡udia Rossbach, Under-Secretary-General and Executive Director of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme, has expressed her gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for his attentive involvement in the preparations for the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Rossbach conveyed her appreciation through a message on her X account. She thanked President Aliyev for his close attention to the event's preparations, highlighting the significant role that Baku is set to play in the upcoming discussions about the future of cities, housing, and sustainable urban development.

President Ilham Aliyev has been actively reviewing the progress of the preparations for WUF13, which is themed 'Housing for All: Safe and Resilient Cities and Human Settlements.' The event is scheduled to take place from May 17-22 at the Baku Olympic Stadium, with a pre-event review conducted by President Aliyev on May 12.
