Ankara: Units of the Separate Combined Arms Army have departed for Trkiye to participate in the "Heydar Aliyev-2026" exercises. The departure marks a significant collaboration between the two nations' military forces, emphasizing their ongoing strategic partnership.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the units are set to engage in exercises under the command of Trkiye's 14th Mechanized Infantry Brigade. The exercises are designed to enhance military cooperation and operational readiness among participating forces.

Upon arrival, the personnel of the 5th Border Brigade of Trkiye warmly welcomed the Azerbaijani servicemen at the Hasret Bridge. A flag ceremony was organized to honor the visiting units, symbolizing the camaraderie between the two countries' armed forces.
