Baku: The winner of the mega prize in Bakcell's highly anticipated lottery has been announced, with Urfan Buksayev taking home the grand prize of a Porsche Cayenne. Bakcell, known for its innovative approach, concluded its lottery event, which garnered significant interest among participants.
