Baku: Georgian Finance Minister Lasha Khutsishvili met with Acting US Ambassador to Georgia Allen Purcell: The meeting focused on cooperation issues and the economic situation in Georgia, as reported by APA’s local bureau, citing the Georgian Ministry of Finance.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the discussion also covered the visit of US State Department Senior Advisor Jonathan Askonas to Georgia, aimed at addressing the “Trump route.” Various transit corridors passing through the region were discussed, notably the TRIPP project initiated by the US President, which is crucial for promoting international trade and highlighting Georgia’s role in this process.

The meeting concluded with the parties agreeing on further steps to enhance cooperation between the two countries.
