TASHKENT – On August 23, a state reception was held in Tashkent by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan and his wife, Ziroatkhon Mirziyoyeva, in honor of President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva.
