Tashkent:The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Azerbaijan on the occasion of Victory Day, celebrating the country's historic achievements and territorial integrity restoration.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Mirziyoyev praised the leadership and policies of Azerbaijan, which have fulfilled the aspirations of its people. He highlighted the role of Azerbaijan's political, diplomatic, and military efforts in achieving the historic victory, attributing it to the leadership's wisdom and the people's heroism.

The Uzbek President also emphasized the significance of Victory Day in promoting peace, stability, and progress in Azerbaijan, as well as fostering a spirit of patriotism among future generations. He noted that recent high-level meetings and agreements, including the Treaty on Eternal Friendship, have strengthened the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.
