Kemerovo: The first batch of wheat flour in 2026 has been shipped from Russia's Kemerovo Oblast (Kuzbass) to Azerbaijan. The product was manufactured in the Novokuznetsk municipal district and certified by the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision of Russia (Rosselkhoznadzor) as meeting all safety requirements for export.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, under Rosselkhoznadzor supervision, 67.6 tons of wheat flour were loaded into a railway wagon and dispatched to Azerbaijan. The batch was prepared in full compliance with the quarantine phytosanitary requirements of the importing country. This was confirmed by laboratory tests conducted at the Kemerovo branch of the All-Russian Research Institute for Animal Husbandry, a subsidiary of Rosselkhoznadzor.
