Allied Relations Treaty to Be Key Outcome of Azerbaijan-Kyrgyzstan Talks

Baku: The main political outcome will be the signing of the Treaty on Allied Relations, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov said during the third meeting of the Interstate Council of Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan in the city of Cholpon-Ata, APA's correspondent dispatched to Kyrgyzstan reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Kyrgyz-Azerbaijani cooperation has significant potential for further expanding engagement in transport, energy, investment, security, education, and other areas. President Zhaparov expressed optimism that the talks will be conducted in a traditionally trusting and constructive atmosphere. Following the discussions, important agreements aimed at the further development of bilateral ties are expected to be reached. These agreements will serve as a contribution to achieving the common goal of raising the welfare of the brotherly peoples of Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan.

President Zhaparov highlighted that the primary political outcome of the meeting would be the signing of the Treaty on Allied Relations. He extended a heartfelt welcome to Azerbaijani President Ilham Heydarovich and the entire Azerbaijani delegation, emphasizing the hospitable reception they received on Kyrgyz soil.
