According to Azeri-Press News Agency, this observation was part of Shi’s fourth visit to Azerbaijan, a country he has grown fond of due to its friendly people and beautiful landscapes. On his previous visits, Shi noted the modern constructions and developments in the country. Despite feeling reassured about the safety of the area he visited, Shi acknowledged the inherent tension of being in a mined area, making the experience both interesting and unique for him.
