On the evening of March 15, the OSCE Chairman-in-Office held a meeting with a group of representatives of the civil society of Azerbaijan.
The issues of human rights, democracy, ensuring women’s rights and the settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict were named as priorities in the region.
She noted the need to restore relations between the two peoples, without which the solution of other issues is difficult to implement.
She listened to the views of the meeting participants on the situation in Azerbaijan and exchanged views with them.
Note that today Ann Linden is leaving for Yerevan, where she will hold similar negotiations with the Armenian leadership and civil society.
