Strasbourg: Armenia is optimistic about finalizing a peace agreement with Azerbaijan soon. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan expressed this hope during his address at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Mirzoyan emphasized that the peace agreement components would involve opening communications and mutual assistance on transit issues. He highlighted that TRIPP would play a crucial role in fostering peace and cooperation within the region.
