Azerbaijan Advances Residential Development for 201 Families in Kalbajar


KALBAJAR — The Azerbaijani government is moving forward with a significant residential project in Kalbajar, aimed at housing 201 families as part of the first phase of a broader plan to accommodate 524 families.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, from a media tour that showcased the ongoing construction of the residential complex, which spans 19.5 hectares. The initial phase includes six four-story buildings, each comprising 27 apartments varying from two to four bedrooms. The project is part of a broader effort to provide modern housing solutions in the region, addressing the growing need for residential spaces in strategic areas of Azerbaijan.
