Baku: Azerbaijan has revealed the financial expenditure on the restoration of its liberated territories over the past year. In 2024, a significant 99.4 percent, translating to AZN 4,828.5 million, of the AZN 4,855.8 million designated in the state budget for these reconstruction and restoration efforts was utilized by customer organizations. These funds were executed through financing expenditure orders submitted to the state treasury bodies for various relevant projects.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Ministry of Finance also highlighted that 98.5 percent of the state budget allocated for state capital investment, which amounts to AZN 2,771.1 million, has been utilized. This indicates a considerable commitment by the Azerbaijani government towards the rehabilitation and development of the regions that have been liberated.
