Yerevan: The negotiation process on the text of the peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia is complete, Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov told journalists. Armenia has informed Azerbaijan of its acceptance of the two remaining articles, finalizing the work on the text. The next phase requires Armenia to eliminate territorial claims against Azerbaijan in its Constitution, and the remnants of the Minsk Group should also be abolished.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the draft peace agreement consists of 17 articles, with 15 articles already agreed upon. The two unagreed articles involved staying away from international claims against each other and not stationing representatives of other countries on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border.
