Tbilisi: The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, met with the Prime Minister of Georgia, Mr. Irakli Kobakhidze, in Tbilisi. The meeting was disclosed by the Ministry of Defense to APA.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the discussions were attended by Georgia's Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Irakli Chikovani. The meeting focused on the current state of bilateral cooperation as well as regional and international collaboration issues.

The discussions underscored the strategic partnership and cooperation between Georgia and Azerbaijan in defense matters. The leaders highlighted the significance of maintaining peace and stability in the region, reaffirming their commitment to these shared goals.
