Moscow: Azerbaijan and Russia have formalized their diplomatic engagement by signing the Consultation Plan for 2026-2027 between their respective foreign ministries. This agreement was finalized in Moscow.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the signing was conducted by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. The plan outlines a framework for consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation over the next two years.
