BELGRADE — In a significant affirmation of bilateral ties, the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Serbia, Jeyhun Bayramov and Marko Djuric respectively, underscored their countries' mutual support for each other’s sovereignty and territorial integrity during a joint press conference.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, this collaboration is a key aspect of their strategic partnership, particularly in the context of their support in international forums. Discussions at the conference also touched upon the implementation of previously signed agreements between the two nations. "In addition to bilateral relations, we noted the support given to each other in international organizations," Bayramov stated. The ministers also discussed cooperation related to the upcoming COP-29 conference. Following recent parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, the renewed parliament is expected to continue its beneficial cooperation with Serbia.
