According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Chairman of the Media and Broadcasting Council Ahmad Ismayilov held a meeting with the delegation led by Ferhat Pirin§§i, Deputy Head of the Public Relations Department of the Presidential Administration of Trkiye.

At the meeting, Chairman of the Media and Broadcasting Council Ahmad Ismayilov emphasized the importance of the existing cooperation between Azerbaijan and Trkiye in the fields of media and communication.

The importance of cooperation in areas such as expanding the mutual exchange of experience in this field in the modern information environment and strengthening joint efforts to combat disinformation was noted.

Ferhat Pirin§§i, Deputy Head of the Public Relations Department of the Presidential Administration of Trkiye, spoke about the new opportunities created by digital transformation in the fields of media and communication.

The importance of the effective application of new media tools, the development of modern communication approaches, as well as the expansion of professional ties and joint initiatives between media representatives of the two countries was emphasized.

During the meeting, views were exchanged on opportunities for a coordinated approach to modern information challenges and other issues of mutual interest.
