Ismayilli: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the inauguration of the new production facility of ‘Azerbaijan Coca-Cola Bottlers’ LLC in Ismayilli. The event marks a significant development in the region’s industrial landscape.

The facility is located in the village of Topchu, occupying 15 hectares, and boasts an annual production capacity of 16
5 million liters. The project, valued at AZN 80 million, adheres to international quality and safety standards and provides employment for over 100 local residents. This is the second production site for ‘Coca-Cola Bottlers’ LLC in the country, with its products mainly serving the domestic market.
Under the investment incentive certificate from the Ministry of Economy, the facility benefits from a range of tax exemptions, including a 50% reduction on profit and income taxes for seven years, as well as exemptions from property and land taxes, VAT on imported machinery, and customs duties. Additionally, the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund has provided a preferential loan of 10 million manat to support the project’s financing.
The enterprise is also focused on environmental sustainability, planning to utilize solar panels for part of its energy needs. The establishment of this facility is poised to bolster the socio-economic development of the Ismayilli district, enhance industrial potential, and promote production localization, technology transfer, and import substitution.
‘Azerbaijan Coca-Cola Bottlers’ LLC has been operating in Azerbaijan since 1996, investing $200 million into the national economy.
