Baku: Azerbaijan is set to extend the tax exemption period for media entities by an additional three years.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, this decision is part of the draft law titled ‘On the State Budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026.’

The original three-year tax exemption period for media entities was scheduled to end on January 1, 2026. With this extension, media organizations in Azerbaijan will continue to benefit from tax exemptions beyond the initial expiration date.
