Azerbaijan: Azerbaijan has launched another phase of the Great Return program, facilitating the relocation of residents to the liberated territories. As part of this phase, 29 families (141 people) have been resettled in Ashaghi Oratagh village; 17 families (84 people) in Heyvali village; and 7 families (22 people) in Chapar village. In addition, 10 families (46 people) have been relocated to Childiran village in the Aghdara district.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the Great Return program is a structured initiative aimed at resettling residents in areas that have been liberated. This latest phase focuses on improving the living conditions of the relocated families and supporting their integration into these communities.
The program is part of Azerbaijan's broader efforts to stimulate development in these regions, ensuring that the returning residents have access to essential services and infrastructure. The government continues to prioritize the restoration and rebuilding of homes, schools, and public facilities to accommodate the needs of the growing population in the liberated territories.
