Strasbourg:Simuzar Feyzullayeva, Director of the International Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Science and Education, represented Azerbaijan at the 10th plenary session of the Steering Committee for Education (CDEDU) of the Council of Europe.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the session, held in Strasbourg, France, served as a key forum for intergovernmental cooperation and policy exchange among the Council of Europe's 46 member states. Attendees discussed the implementation of the Council of Europe Education Strategy 2024-2030, as well as ongoing educational initiatives and priority areas for the future.
During the meeting, Feyzullayeva emphasized Azerbaijan's efforts in empowering educators through digital advancements, integrating artificial intelligence into educational systems, maintaining gender equality in education, and encouraging scientific research and its practical applications.
