Azerbaijan Participates in International Prosecutors Forum in Kazakhstan

Turkistan: The First International Forum of Prosecutors has commenced in the Kazakh city of Turkistan, gathering representatives from the prosecutor’s offices of Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Hungary, Kyrgyzstan, Trkiye, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. This two-day forum is set to explore perspectives and practical solutions regarding the protection of human rights.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Berik Asylov, Kazakhstan’s Prosecutor General, initiated the forum with a keynote address. He highlighted the event’s importance in improving national justice systems and strengthening international cooperation. Asylov pointed out that the forum presents a unique opportunity to enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement agencies through experience sharing and building closer ties among state prosecutors from various nations.

The forum’s agenda includes discussions on digitalization and the application of new technologies in the legal sector. Participants will also engage in training sessions, interactive surveys, and quizzes designed to foster learning and collaboration.
