Baku: Today, a meeting chaired by the Chairman of the Economic Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Prime Minister Ali Asadov, explored the current challenges faced by entrepreneurs in the 'Judiciary and Legal' and 'Public Procurement Procedures' spheres. These discussions were prepared by the Working Group on 'Eliminating Obstacles and Difficulties to Entrepreneurial Activity and Improving the Business Environment.'

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, reports on the agenda items were delivered by Natig Amirov, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Head of the Working Group, as well as by Khagani Mammadov, Chair of the Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court.

The meeting featured speeches from key members, including Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan Inam Karimov, Minister of Justice Farid Ahmadov, and Chairman of the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Elnur Bagirov. These discussions focused on addressing the issues presented.

Ultimately, decisions were made to draft amendments to relevant normative-legal acts to resolve the discussed challenges. These amendments will be submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, with instructions provided to the relevant institutions for further action.
