BAKU – Azerbaijan has introduced the Baku Global Climate Transparency Platform, announced by Mukhtar Babayev, the President of the upcoming 29th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Babayev explained that the platform was developed by the Azerbaijan COP29 team as part of the preparatory efforts for the conference. He emphasized that the platform is intended to facilitate critical discussions on climate issues, enhancing transparency and international cooperation in environmental governance.
